Job Description:   

·         GREAT communication skills, leadership ability and can manage large development team – monitor, review and measure the performances of each individual on team technically

·         Architect, develop and implement software programs to meet business requirements.

·         Develop application code and modules for business, functional and technical requirements.

·         Tune up design for maintainability, scalability and efficiency.

·         Integrate best qualitative practices in design and development aspects of programs

·         Proficient in design and development of windows and web applications with .NET framework  C#, MVC 5.0,  XML, JSON, Windows Services, Web Services, WCF, Web AP

·         I 2.0,RESTServices, JavaScript, JQuery, WPF,HTML5, CSS 3.0 and Entity Framework.

·         Experience in working with Scrum and TDD of Agile development methodology.

·         Strong Object Oriented Programming experience.

·         Well experienced in functional and technical systems analysis & design, systems architectural design.

·         Expert in writing SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, View, and Performance Tuning and hands on experience in SQL Server 2008

·         Having Experience of working at client location in US.

·         Have strong interpersonal skills, which provide the ability to interact with end users, managers, technical personnel etc. possess excellent work ethics, and  are team oriented.

·         Functional/Domain expertise in Retails

·         Work together with business and Onshore leads to build well-structured development plans and deliveries, worked on end to end application development from analysis to SRS, HLD, LLD preparation, development and deployment.

·         Proficient in problem solving and self-motivated and driven professional and able to exercise good judgment to keep critical systems operational.

·         Pro-active and results driven team player with ability to deliver high performance. Possess good analytical skill with keen interest in learning new technology and acquiring skills.

·         Develop, maintain and support programs/tools for internal and external clients

·         Analyse, diagnose and resolve errors related to their applications

·         Help define project plans requiring software development and hardware installations

·         Provide technical and project management expertise across multiple areas of application development

·         Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

·         Perform unit tests and fix bugs.

·         Investigate operational or systematic problems and user queries as required

·         Follow all department standards and methodologies

·         Interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff, senior management and customers

·         Communicate effectively and clearly, in writing and verbally, in one-on-one and group presentation situations

·         Strong ability to effectively lead a team
