Job Title: Storage Lead Engineer

Job Description:

 

·         Strong in Data Migration from 7-mode to cDOT clusters using NetApp 7MTT and Snapmirror

·         Strong in Consolidation SAN /NAS Storage with planning experience considering Tile Space, Lease expiry, Technology etc.

·         Experienced in incident/change management for L2, L3 Support

·         Experienced in NetApp SAN and NAS Allocation

·         Lead ONTAP Upgrades with proper planning, process,(checklists, scripts) and people

·         Experienced in Alert Reductions on custom dashboard for NetApp SAN/NAS and MDS hardware/configuration issues.

·         Experienced in NAS/SAN Reclamation projects

·         Experienced in thin provisioning, Snap auto deletion, Volume auto-grow.

·         Experienced in leading proactive problem management using the tools like DFM, DCNM, OCI etc.  

·         Provide support in storage health audit reports for hardware level failure

·         Day to Day Operational activities includes Storage Availability, Refreshes, extensive Troubleshooting etc.

·         Work on Storage tools design/enhancements with Architect and Design Teams as needed

·         Knowledge in database stage/dev refreshes activities from storage side to create clone luns

 

Academic or Professional Qualifications :

·         Knowledge in QUALYS vulnerabilities remediation
