Location : Covington, KY.

Duration : 12+ Months

Max Bill: Best/hr (10+ years' experience will need to be shown on resume to get this rate)

What the manager is looking for:  

Someone who has about 1-3 years of Architect experience, that grew from a SharePoint Developer in his career.  Worked in a Sharepoint 2013, office 365 hybrid environment. 

Must Have's:

-Office 365

Primary Responsibilities 

• Guide and oversee the design and implementation of SPO and on-premises solutions in compliance with Fidelity's roadmap architecture and design standards

• Actively participate in full life cycle of IT Product/Application development to ensure consistency of product development and adoption

• Advocate solutions not currently met by the IT Product/Applications. Appropriately analyze different approaches to assess trade-offs among architectural goals 

• Develop and present technical solutions, assessing the technical integrity, with a view toward broader future implementation across Fidelity and CTG 

• Work closely with IT Product/Applications.  Appropriately analyze different approaches to assess trade-offs among architectural goals

• Participate in critical problem solving and advanced technical troubleshooting, drive resolution to technical issues, and lead and perform impact analysis

Experience and Skills

• Demonstrated SharePoint / Office 365 design and architecture expertise, track record of success in enterprise level engagements, and desire to work on challenging Office 365 and hybrid solutions

• 5+ years of architecture experience designing and integrating solutions with Microsoft SharePoint Server and / or Office 365

• Background implementing Enterprise Content Management systems

• Expert understanding of SharePoint architecture - preferably Office 365 SPO - including site collections, user profiles, tags and categories, audiences, permissions, site templates, design layouts, master pages, and list libraries

• Expertise in SharePoint administration - PowerShell knowledge is a plus

• Experience in custom SharePoint workflow

• Development experience with SharePoint APIs, .NET, and scripting languages including JavaScript, VBScript, and C#

• Familiarity with web technologies and concepts including XML, Ajax, HTML5, and CSS

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services a great plus.

• Experience with Web content management and experience with integration - web content and applications.

• Experience with Search optimization for integration/crawling by 3rd party Search products.

• Ability to build support among senior management and key stakeholders across BUs for proposed strategies and solutions
