Location – San Diego, CA
Duration – 6+ Months 
 

Description:

ServiceNow Consultant Responsibilities Include:

Design and Implementation phases of ServiceNow IT Service Management and Business Management including Incident Management, Project Portfolio Management, CMDB, Resource Management, Service Catalog . Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, scripting, workflow creation, report development.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• ITIL v3.0 Certification.

• 2+ full life cycle implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management and Business Management


DESIRED SKILLS REQUIRED

• Knowledge of system life cycle / application development alternatives

• High aptitude for complex problem analysis / resolution

• Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively present to target audience

• Ability to effectively work with all levels of personnel within the organization

• Detail-oriented; uses sound judgment; and is self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Very good organization and time management skills

 

HARDWARE/SOFTWARE PACKAGES

• Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Share Point, MS Project
