* Atleast 7 years of overall experience
* Atleast 5 years of design and development experience working with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase
* Should have some functional knowledge/understanding of the Financial Planning processes
* Strong understanding of relational databases and Data warehousing concepts
* Experience working on troubleshooting and performance tuning
* Experience creating data validation test cases, etc.
* Good communication and documentation skills
* Experience with requirements gathering process with Business Analysts
