Position : Jira Administrator
Location : Melville, NY
Duration : 6+ Months
Need a JIRA/Connect-All Administrator with at least 5+ years of experience in independently administering and managing JIRA tool.
Strong familiarity with the Site Administration module of ALM is also desired.
The candidate must be able to design, formulate and implement JIRA-ALM workflows that propagate entities to and from ALM.
Must also have proven hands on experience with administering and managing on premise Connect All solution in order to program, schedule and monitor the real time propagation of entities.
The Candidate must be able to multitask and be fully proficient in independently handling the support tickets that requires prompt administrative support for users.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills would be a huge plus.
This position may also require candidate to work during off and extended hours.
