Location: Reno NV

Duration – 6-12 months, likely to be extendable

 • Possess skills to
- Design and size optimal database design in line with customer requirements and industry best practices
- Integrate his design with the overall framework
- Support implementation of his design
• The candidate will work closely with Practice sales team – during the solution for bids. He will work closely with Delivery teams during implementation
• Proven track record as in implementing technical projects
• Database administration experience on UNIX/Linux/Windows
• Experience in installing and upgrading the Oracle server and application tools
• Database architecture knowledge and administration
• Creating & Modifying the database structure, as necessary, from information given by application developers
• Ensuring compliance with your Oracle license agreement
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the database
• Planning for backup and recovery of database information
• Performance tuning
• Contacting Oracle Corporation for technical support
• Good to have operating systems expertise / System Administration
