Sharepoint Architect (SME) (GC & Citizens Only)

3-6 months (may extend).
Have urgent requirement for a Sharepoint Architect (SME) to work for government entity for 3-4 months (may extend).
This person must be a Subject Matter Expert in Sharepoint .
Work with a government customer to review documentation, perform assessment and perform a recommendation for setting up a uniform sharepoint platform/service to represent their organization.
Now things are disparate and not all together (business units).
This must be a business minded consultant with perfect written and verbal communication skills who can deal at the Director level.
This person will communicate the next steps/approach for future Sharepoint development. Will produce design documentation, etc.
