Details:

The Enterprise Applications Web and Digital group is requesting a consultant with 10+ years of experience in web based development languages and 2+ years of Development/Configuration/deployment experience in ServiceNow Platform.

IT plans to fully implement ServiceNow, a cloud based software as a service (SaaS) IT service support management (ITSSM) system starting in 2016 and continuing into 2017. IT will use ServiceNow to manage IT service delivery across the Client. The system will be the primary tool to control, track, and manage the services provided to the T's customers and its ~70,000 users. The system will also be the primary system to control and manage the IT hardware, software, and communications assets

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Responsibilities will range from requirements gathering, development, test, deploy and maintenance of ServiceNow
• Develop clear and concise technical documentation
• Develop systems integrations
• Strong ability and enthusiasm to learn new technologies in a short time
• Ability to deliver multiple simultaneous projects on time

3. Test Plans
4. Test Cases/Scenarios
5. Action Item Logs
6. Risk Matrices
7. Status Report

CONSULTANT Qualifications

• Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with working or developing in the following programming languages: PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, JavaScript API, Client and Server-side Scripting
• Development experience in various frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery, Spring MVC, etc.)
• Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON) and ability to write, test and debug JavaScript
• Practical knowledge of SOA and associated technologies (WSDL, XSD, SAML, etc.) and RestAPI
• Familiarity with User Interface design and User Experience concepts
• Experience with software performance analysis and code optimization
• Experience with database applications, SQL constructs and query optimization
• Ability to extract & merge/join data from various repositories for quantitative analysis and generation of actionable information
• Advanced Scripting/Reporting and other classes area highly recommended
• Experience in producing Enterprise level reports, including compiling data from several different sources
• Experience in Mobile Web application development (e.g. HTML 5/JavaScript/CSS3) is a plus
