§ Primary responsibility gathers requirements for multiple application interfaces across the enterprise.
§ Excellent communication skills
· Ability to comfortably interface with Sr and Executive leadership
§ Excellent written and verbal skills
§ Experience with creating and editing Business Requirement Documents
§ Ability to create test scripts and document test results
§ 3 -5 years gathering experience as a BA
§ Aware of SSRS\Database terminology and concepts at a high level
§ Self-organizing with little oversight
§ Ability to mentor other BAs
§ May occasionally direct other BA work efforts
§ Fluent with multiple requirements gathering techniques
§ May be required to dress in professional business attire as needed
§ Ability to comfortably work within a matrix environment including working on multiple integration pieces simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
· 1 Mid-Level BA (Contract BA 2)
§ Start Date: October 31, 2016
§ Primary responsibility developing requirements for reporting needed for the project.
§ Excellent communication skills
· Ability to comfortably interface with Sr and Executive leadership
§ Excellent written and verbal skills
§ Experience with creating and editing Business Requirement Documents
§ 2 -4 years gathering experience as a BA
§ Familiar SSRS\Database terminology and concepts at a high level
§ Fluent with multiple requirements gathering techniques
§ May be required to dress in professional business attire as needed
