Client is a leader in central Pennsylvania's health care insurance industry. IT organization is in the midst of a multi-year new core system implementation project. This project requires seasoned Business Systems Analyst who is a subject matter expert (SME) with healthcare claims from a business perspective
The ideal candidates will bring a strong knowledge of various health care payer domain areas, and have the ability to communicate the subject areas in which they are most knowledgeable. Strong technical skills including advanced SQL and Excel.
Understanding of the concepts of ETL, source to target mapping and data modelling is a Plus.
Equally important are outstanding oral and written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
Required Skills:
6-10 years recent Health Care Claims experience
6-10 years Business and Systems analysis
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
