Experience :

• Around 4-7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce.  
  
• Can take care of configurations/ existing customization.
  
• Knowledge on Integration with different system.
  
• Reports/Dashboards.
  
• Knowledge on insurance domain.
  
• Should have expertise on Exact target.
  
• Exact target and Salesforce integration.
  
• Can act as SME/ BA as and when required.

Must have :

• Proficiency in Salesforce configurations.
  
• Extensive knowledge on reports and dashboards.
  
• Proficient in Salesforce integration with different platforms.
  
• Expertise on Exact Target and SF integration.
  
• Should be able to act as SME and BA for Salesforce project.
  
• Should have knowledge on different App exchange apps.

Nice to have :

• Good Communication skills and Salesforce certification.
  
• SF to Informatica integration experience.
  
• Knowledge on ET email templates.
  
• Advanced Administrator.
