Top Three Skills:
1. 3 years of Android exp. specifically with either Espresso, Gradle
2. Experience with Service-oriented architecture including SOAP, REST, JSON and/or Thrift (these tools are used to test the api's and make sure the backend is integrated with the front end code).
3. preferably the person would have agile experience and a little bit of ios/swift as well.
