Overview :

• Looking for a Test Lead at onsite Plano, Texas US who should have worked at onsite with extensive client handling experience. 
  
• Looking for Functional  Testers at onsite, Plano Texas, US in testing complex and multiple applications integrated systems with Oracle  Financials

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop Unit and system level  Test Cases.
  
• Strong test Lead exp, should have strong exp in leading onsite and offshore team.
  
• Should have Business Analyst background and experience  in Requirement analysis and requirement gathering.
  
• Experience in defect triage sessions with sme, data analysis and project resources.
  
• Experience in testing Oracle Financials and Mainframe applications.

Personal Attribute :

• Ability to work with different teams, and locations, building consensus and assisting others.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills.
  
• Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills.
