Job Roles / Responsibilities:

 

·         Good Knowledge of Workday Modules HCM, compensation, Talent and Recruiting

·         Workday: Basic HCM (bp config, security, Allowance Plans (eligibility and assigning to Comp Plan), reporting)   

·         Strong HCM functionality

·         Working on Functional tickets and changing the configuration as needed

·         Good Knowledge on Reports, Calculation fields

Role: Workday Integration Developer 

Location: San Francisco, CA

Minimum Exp: 8+yrs 

 

 

Job Description:

 

·         Should have minimum 2-3 Years of Workday Implementation/ Support experience.                                   

·         Should be able to create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.                                    

·         Should have very good experience with Cloud Connectors, EIB, DT's, XML/ XSLT and Workday STUDIO custom integrations                              

·         Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements.                      

·         Work directly with client to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.           

·         Ability to help clients resolve integration issues requiring a depth of expertise in the Workday solution                                

·         Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.                                  

·         Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.                          

·         Proficiency with web service technologies (REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML) will be preferred.                               

·         Experience on Middleware integrations with Workday Configuration will be preferred.                               

·         Understanding of HCM functional modules – Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Talent, Performance, Payroll, etc will be preferred.                           

·         Understanding of Business Process Configuration, Security, Report Writer, etc. will be preferred.                            

·         Should have good communication skills.

                                     

Desirable:

                                    

·         Workday Integration Certification
