Position :- Mid Level SharePoint Developer

Job Description :- This is a mid-level SharePoint development position. Work involves the maintenance of existing SharePoint and Microsoft .NET applications and design, development, and testing of new applications. Other responsibilities will include linkage to Active Directory, management of security roles, and implementation of SharePoint collaboration features and team sites.
Responsibilities:
• Act as SharePoint SME in all phases of the project development life cycle
• Provide SharePoint design work, custom development, documentation and best practices consulting
• Consult with stakeholders to identify and implement SharePoint requirements
• Assess new and relevant SharePoint Services technologies
• Prepare and update SharePoint Services documentation
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Team Sites, Document Libraries, Custom Lists and more.
• Establish and maintain site security, cross-site groups and webparts
• Resolve production problems and provide production and technical support
Requirements and Experience Guidelines:
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Legal Permanent Resident
• Eligible for U.S. Government Clearance.
• At least 4 years overall experience with Microsoft technologies
• At least 2 years overall experience with SharePoint
• SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 technical experience, including intranet and public-facing site experience
• Experience implementing SharePoint 2010/2013/2016 intranet and public-facing web sites, including web part development and customizations
• Experience creating and modifying SharePoint site collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policies
• Technical expert in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software
• Experience working with technical staff to understand requirements and develop according to those requirements
• Strong knowledge of Windows SharePoint Services and SharePoint Server (2010/2013/2016)
• Great consultative skills
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience developing SharePoint solution packages (ASP.NET Development) in Visual Studio
• Experience conducting SharePoint Farm Administration tasks
• Bachelor's Degree required from college or University
