·         3 + Years of Architectural and Design Experience working for Enterprise Level Intranets, Site Performance Optimization and Security 

·         3 + Years of Team Lead Experience

·         Development experience from conception to completion

 Required Skill Set

·         SharePoint Online:

o    Site Collections, Sites, Sub Sites, Pages, Libraries, Content Types, Lists 

o    SharePoint Security - Groups, Users and Permission Model

o    Information Architecture, Taxonomy and Term store

o    Apps model - SharePoint Hosted and Provider Hosted Apps

o    CSOM API, SharePoint Object Model

o    Web Parts

o    SharePoint UI - Custom Master Pages, Templates, Search Page Customization

o    User Profile

o    Search

o    Language Variations

o    Workflows

o    SharePoint Deployment packages - wsp, stp, app 

·         SharePoint and .NET Development Experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks, jQuery, knockout, Less CSS Framework, Twitter Bootstrap 

·         Experience Developing Windows Service and Console Applications using Task API 

·         IIS 7.5 Deployment and Configuration Experience including Security best practices

·         Cross Functional Team Interaction with Project Manager, Business Analysts, QA, Infrastructure

·         Creating Technical Documentation - Design Diagrams, Technical Specifications 

·         Establishing Coding Best Practices, Conducting Code & Design Reviews 

·         Hands-on experience
