·         Current Experience designing and developing web portals for program interfaces and existing mainframe applications with the Statewide Financial System.

·         Experience in the usage and support of Oracle Portal's Content Management System (version 9i and higher)to develop Web-based applications using PL/SQL Programming Language.

·         Experience developing Web based applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to developed user friendly interfaces, in the presentation data, for easy public consumption.

·         Experience using Oracle Portal's 10g locally built Providers using dynamic pages, list of values, packages and procedures.

·         Experience in advanced PL/SQL coding in creating 10g Oracle Portal packages and procedures to access database material views and tables, enable sort functions, conditional statements, and filtering for enterprise application solutions.

·         Experience using Oracle's Business intelligence tools (OBI) to write complex reports using BI Publisher and BI Analytics/Analysis.

·         Experience with NYS Statewide Financial Systems (SFS) business processes and transactions
