Essential Qualifications:
B.S in Computer Science or Engineering or similar degree is required.
4 years of experience or demonstrates expertise as a Linux Systems Administrator. Strong experience in installing and fine tuning CentOS/RedHat libraries, Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, MySQL required
Proficiency in system security, installation of open source and software and configuration and fine-tuning of services for optimal use of resources
Proficient in writing system level scripts (e.g., shell, Perl, Python, PHP, etc.) for routine system tasks as well as managing file systems
Experience working with AWS technologies (deploying EC2 servers, S3 and Glacier storage using client API tools)
Familiarity with storage hardware, installation and scaling as per requirements (setting hardware RAID, LVM, XFS filesystems)
Proficiency in working on Git code repository and using Composer for PHP
Experience installing and configuration of LDAP and Active Directory and some familiarly with SSO systems
Familiarity with Kibana and ElasticSearch
Experience working with VMWare infrastructure
Some off-hours and weekend activities may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Apache SOLR , Redis, Memcached systems will be highly preferred
Experience working with Wowza streaming server technologies, HTML5, DRM, HLS streaming
Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SSO systems, SAML, Shibboleth
