Immediate Need: iOS QA Lead // San Jose, CA

San Jose, CA-Local only F2F required- Candidates must be currently in the San Francisco , CA bay area.

H-1 OK if they have 8/10 comm skills

QA Team Lead:

•         Working knowledge of Selenium webdriver (in C# preferable)– although we are only learning Selenium IDE right now prefer someone with webdriver knowledge since it usually means person would be writing the test script as oppose to someone who is just executing the scripts. As we discussed the candidate should assist/guide team to create regression test suite for server regression testing and not so much just write the entire test suite.

•         Experience in testing web applications

•         Experience testing websites

•         Experience in mobile app testing (both iOS and android) – we're expecting a pretrial mobile app when I'm out. There may be more coming up since devs are training a number of jr. devs in android and iOS app development.

•         Experience in writing test suites/test cases – most likely coming up with the test suites/test cases will be done by Renu & Kayla, but having this skill will help identify QA candidates who are proactive in their testing vs. those who only execute test cases that are assigned to them

•         Working knowledge of Agile Methodology

•         Experience in bug tracking software

•         Experience working in Windows environment

•         Strong written & verbal communication

•         Ability to perform both manual and automated testing

•         Understanding of QA methodologies and processes

 

Bonus skills (would be nice to have):

•         Experience in specified testing (e.g. security, responsive websites, mobile, load test, network etc.)

•         Knowledge of current testing trends and advancements

•         Basic knowledge of SQL
