Job description:

Primary Skills:

Business Analysis, System Analysis

 

Secondary Skill:

·         Use Case Development, Techno-Functional Requirements

·         Lead System Analyst with 9+ years of experience

·         Should have excellent Verbal, written communication and presentation skills

·         Experience working with Client Business, Development, QA, and Managerial teams.

·         Experience in understanding data model preferred

·         Experience working in Insurance Domain would be added advantage

·         Experience working with large-scale enterprise applications would be an added advantage Roles and Responsibilities

·         Work with business stakeholders to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements.

·         Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrix, Process Flows, High Level Solution Diagrams, Data Mapping Documents and other associated deliverables

·         Validate business use cases for accuracy and completeness

·         Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand impact of any enhancements or changes.

·         Participate in Join Application Design (JAD) sessions with the Business Analysts

·         Play the role of subject matter expertise to the development, and QA Teams.

·         Perform Gap Analysis, Defect/Root Cause Analysis.

·         Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment processes as needed to ensure the quality of the solutions being delivered

·         Work along with Developers in Troubleshooting production issues and provide support from a functional perspective

·         Work interdependently with Business analysts, developers, and QA Engineers to ensure service delivery is meeting business objectives
