Basic Technical Requirements:
· Demonstrated skills in Core Java.
· Must have expert working knowledge in Spring, JSP/Servlet, XML
· Knowledge of RDBMS(Oracle) and SQL tuning skills
· Working knowledge on application servers JBoss/WebSphere.
· It is nice to have knowledge Java 7, SOAP, Web Services, J2EE, GIT & Maven.
Desirable Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline preferred.
· 8+ years of software development/support OR comparable technical work experience.
· Should be able to co-ordinate with various technical and business groups
· Should be able to manage the team of 3-4 members.
· Strong ability to learn existing applications quickly and to be able to make modifications to them and support them.
· Good analysis and problem solving skills.
· A flexible and positive work ethic along with strong interpersonal skills in working with clients and co-workers.
