Positoin: Workday HCM Functional
Location: Malvern, PA
Duration: Long Term
Workday HCM Functional Analyst with Benefits, Compensation and Payroll modules who will be responsible for delivering system solutions and supporting Workday Benefits, Compensation and Payroll functional areas. This position includes a combination of business/systems analysis and application support responsibilities. This position requires skills in Configuration/Business Process and Reporting. The individual will interface heavily with business partners so he/she must have excellent communications and interface skills.
Experience in a systems role supporting Corporate HR applications, possessing a strong knowledge of core business processes.
· Experience with Workday HCM is required especially in the Benefits, Compensation and Payroll areas.
· Excellent report writing skills for e.g. matrix, composite reports and dashboards.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, taking initiative and/or lead role as necessary
· The ability to manage multiple priorities is required as is professional maturity with regard to handling of confidential information

Undergrad or Masters in computer science
