Test Strategy & Planning
Test Execution & Validation
Test Case preparation, review and scenario generation
Test data setup & simulation
Testing Tool Experience - Preferably HP ALM
Experience with System Integration Testing and Performance Testing - Load/Stress Test
Defect Management using tools & Prioritization
Coordination with Business Analyst & Stakeholders
Experience managing test team - onsite/offshore model
Test Summary Report Preparation & Review
Strong communication skills - Emails, Meetings, Status Reporting
Added advantage - Experience working using Agile methodology and agile teams
Added Advantage - Experience in Life Science Safety Domain, experience with Oracle Argus Product
