Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

  • · Preferred certifications like Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or 2, with knowledge of tax laws as a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • · Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute test plans using Tosca for tax filing and motor vehicle registration regulation systems, creating model-based testcases and data-driven scenarios to validate business requirements efficiently and adapt to changes.
  • · Collaboration & Defect Management: Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders from a testing perspective; produce detailed defect reports (steps to reproduce, severity, impact, screenshots/logs), and verify fixes using Tosca for retesting.
  • · Testing Scope: Perform regression and service pack acceptance testing to ensure system reliability.
  • · Compliance & Security: Uphold Georgia IT security and privacy standards, particularly for sensitive data.
  • Support Duties: Manage test data, maintain comprehensive documentation, and train junior team members on Tosca best practices.

Job Description –  

Walmart is seeking mid-to-senior level Data Analytics / Data Science consultants to support high-impact forecasting and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidates will have deep SQL expertise, strong experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau), and a solid grasp of the full lifecycle behind open-source model development, even if they are not building models from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale data analysis
  • Build and maintain insightful dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau
  • Support development and refinement of forecasting models, collaborating with DS teams

Job Description –  

Under project manager supervision, applies project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in supporting the State Accounting Office's (SAO) NextGen Project (Workday Implementation) activities and tasks. The project coordinator is responsible for tracking project activities and tasks for a specific business suite or multiple workstreams. This includes but is not limited to, scheduling and attending meetings, capturing, and disseminating meeting minutes, receiving project documents and compiling a summary, aiding in the development of communication material such as emails, newsletters or PowerPoint presentation, updating project schedules and RAID log.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

1.           Coordinates, schedules, and attends project related meetings.

2.           Transcribes and disseminates project meeting minutes. 

3.           Documents, tracks and receives project documentation and deliverables. 

4.           Send follow-ups as necessary to ensure project activities are completed in a timely manner.

5.           Shares information and updates with project team members as relevant to project activities.

6.           Documents and tracks project risks, issues, action items and decisions as part of the project management activities. 

7.           Assist PM in developing necessary documents, presentations or reports

8.           Follow-up and track project statuses and update the project tracking system with pertinent information

9.           Create project related reports from the project work breakdown structure 

10.        Work with PMs on documenting project scope and high-level requirements

11.        Disseminate information related to project schedules. 

12.        Coordinate NextGen quality review and steering committee meetings. Capture notes and action items and disseminate as appropriate

13.        Ensure all project related artifacts are stored in the proper location within the NextGen Project SharePoint site.

14.        Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during              the implementation of the NextGen Project. 

15.        Maintain effective communication and working relationships with project team members

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year of IT related experience. OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and three years of IT related experience. Note: An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience that provided the knowledge, experience and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

1.           Prefer experience using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Project Online. 

2.           Experienced in using Outlook, Visio, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

3.           Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

4.           Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Job Description –  

The desired candidate will design, develop, test, maintain, and support complex data extract, transformation, and load (ETL) programs for an Enterprise Data Warehouse. The Project Manager will assist the Department of Human Services (DHS) in managing the agency's transition from the State Enterprise PeopleSoft system to the NexGen (Workday) application. The selected individual will work with the State Workday ERP service providers and the DHS Finance and Human Resource business units to coordinate agency-level project implementation activities.   The position is accountable to the DHS Deputy Commissioner of Finance, DHS Deputy Commissioner of Human Resources and the Office of Information Technology Project Management Officer.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist DHS CFO and HR Director plan, coordinate, and align agency ERP transition/rollout activities with the state's PeopleSoft/Workday transition project schedule.

Develop collaboration among the agency's Finance, HR, Procurement subject matter experts.

Ensure the State NextGen project activities are timely communicated to the appropriate agency stakeholders.

Lead/facilitate agency stakeholder meetings

Monitor and track transition/rollout project performance and report status and pertinent issues to the agency leadership

Ensure stakeholders take necessary action to achieve the goals and objectives of the transition project.

Work with Workday PMO and quality assurance team to extend the expected new Workday standards, procedures, and quality objectives at the agency level.

Ensure agency team members have the tools and training required to transition to Workday effectively.

Monitor state milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy to the agency transition schedule.

Identify ways to resolve schedule issues and keep management aware of the situation.

Conduct formal testing reviews with business leaders to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.

Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.

 

Qualifications:

- 2+ years' direct experience with Workday (NextGen) rollouts

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in related field or specialized training, Master's degree preferred

- 5+ years of IT project/program management or equivalent IT team leadership experience.

- 3+ years managing an enterprise NextGen Workday implementation

- PMP certification from PMI or equivalent certification (MUST upload certification)

- Expert use of MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint, MS Teams and MS Office Business Suite

- 5 years' experience leading projects of high complexity (must have occurred in the last 2 years).
