Hiring Domestic HR recruiters. (Pharma Exp)
Location: Hyderabad.
2-3 years' exp needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
Create and post job advertisements on appropriate recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference and background checks when required.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate employment terms within company guidelines, and support the offer acceptance process.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and fair hiring practices.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events as needed.
Continuously improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is preferred.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
