Role: ETL/Informatica Consultant

Location: PA

Duration: 6-9 Months

 

Informatica with Power Exchange (It is a plug-in for Informatica that works with SAP) resource.

 

Onsite ( Immediate ): Very good informatica resource having experience in Informatica Power Exchange (it is a plug-in for Informatica that works with SAP) resource

 

Experience Must Have:

 

  • Must have solid communication skills
  • Hands on Informatica ETL development with 8+ years experience
  • Experience developing with Informatica's PowerExchange for SAP
  • Must be comfortable with all aspects of intermediate-to-advanced PowerCenter development
  • Knowledge of reusable mappings and sessions, custom session variables, 
    pre and post execution SQL, and workflow scheduling techniques a must. 
  • MS transact SQL skills for data validation
  • Candidate must be able to articulate breadth of hands-on experience and 
    instill confidence in their ability to quickly come up to speed and integrate into existing Conversion/Integration project team.
  • Ability to work with cross-cultural, diverse, and geographically distributed teams

 

Nice to Have:

Familiarity and experience with  SAP FICO and BW modules a plus

Familiarity with Insurance industry practices

Seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join its eCommerce platform development team in Austin, TX. This team is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the highly-scalable platform that processes EA's ecommerce, online authentication and entitlements systems for millions of customers every day. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performance team responsible for implementing Electronic Arts' critical eCommerce and Direct to Consumer strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:
Designs, develops, writes, tests, implements and reports on performance tests for all eCommerce platform components
Works with other Engineers and QA to determine test harnesses
Provides insight and suggestions for increased scalability or performance based on test results
Ability to manipulate/manage all parts of the software and hardware stack (load balancers, web servers, application servers, database instances)
Estimates his/her schedules and delivers high quality work products to that schedule
Maintain documentation and promote a culture of performance awareness
Requirements:
Demonstrated performance load testing large commercial applications and web services
Demonstrated strong proficiency in Java
Strong expertise in load testing tools like JMeter, NeoLoad or other tools

Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of REST-based API integration paradigms
Solid object-oriented design, programming, and debugging skills
Highly motivated self-starter, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision

Degree in Computer Science or related subject.

Desirable:
Experience in the eCommerce, online payment processing, or financial services domain
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with Perforce and Hudson
Experience with Unix/Linux and other open source technologies and platforms
Interest in video games and online social networks
Preferred if consultant has earlier worked with SSEAPTTX
