Position- SAP OTC Solution Architect
Location- Santa Ana, CA
Contract

Total 10+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 years in Distribution Industry. This should include minimum 3 implementation projects
• Experience in Business process design & re-engineering in the Order to Cash Processes
• Expert level knowledge of SD with integration to Vistex, GATP and GTS as well as other SAP modules FI/CO, MM, WM
• Experience in working with SD User Exits, System Debugging and understanding of SAP Tables / fields used in SD
• Proven skills and Experience in Performance tuning and simplifying existing SAP Processes in Sales & Distribution
• Extensive Documentation Skills include preparation of Business Blueprint, Configuration Documents, Functional Specification, Test Scripts, Knowledge Capture Documents
• SAP Certification will be an added advantage

Principal Accountabilities:

· 70% - Provide application support and maintenance

· 25% - Plan and execute projects to consolidate, improve, and increase maintainability of the solution

· 5% - Knowledge transfer and mentoring within team

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or technology field. 3+ years of professional experience considered in lieu of degree.

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, application support and development or related fields.

• 3+ years of Business Objects application experience

• Strong verbal/written communications. Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business units and partners.

• Experience in design and implementation of Business Objects 3.1 or 4.0

• Broad experience in technical infrastructure and application architecture

• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Strong administrative skills, with effectiveness in developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates.

• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to provide 24x7 application support.

Description:

The data analyst will perform analysis of all data into, out of and within the organization as needed. They will identify and quantify data issues within the organization and assist in the development plans to resolve these issues. The data analyst will be responsible for data mapping and ETL activities as needed. In addition, they will support routine data management processes and ad hoc user requests as well as perform testing activities as needed. Must be able to develop in Informatica.

Essential Functions:

Perform analysis of all data into, out of and within the organization in support of Data Warehousing efforts.

Identify and quantify data issues within the organization and assist in the development plans to resolve data issues.

Support regular data management processes and ad hoc user requests.

Monitor the quality of data submitted to regulatory agencies.

Supports the verification of data accuracy within DSI Analytic Systems and source systems.

Supports the maintenance of the Analytic Systems data dictionaries.

Develop, document and perform testing and validation as needed.

Assist in ETL development, documentation and testing as needed.

Work with SMEs to develop business rules that support the transformation of data.

Facilitate discussions between end users and data modelers as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience:

5+ years' experience in data analysis or equivalent analytic experience

Experience in data mapping preferred

Healthcare experience preferred

Technical Skills:

Proven understanding of database relationships

Proven programming skills with emphasis on mining/manipulation

Advanced MS Excel and/or Access

SAS experience preferred

SQL experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills:

Communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Critical listening and thinking skills

Decision making/problem solving skills

Excellent customer service skills
