Business analysts serve as a critical link between end users, QA and Conversion developers, who may be unfamiliar with the business requirements.
Qualified candidates should be familiar with process of documenting data transformation requirements and working on a software project in an Agile environment.
Knowledge of the applicable insurance domain (claims, underwriting, etc.)
Experience documenting business requirements (process maps, use cases, etc.)
Comfortable with SSIS technology / Microsoft SQL Server management Studio
Ability to write queries to research Legacy and new claims Data Bases
Ability to think analytically about complex problems
Ability to do research and reach out to subject matter experts when necessary
Strong communication skills methodologies

· At least 2 - 3 years of experience in working with Oracle EBS integrations using Oracle Applications Adapter on Oracle SOA Suite 11g.

· At least 2 years of experience in working with Revenue Accounting PIP (BRM and Oracle EBS GL Integration) and Oracle Product Master Integration (PIM) (Between Oracle BRM and EBS) Very Strong understanding in XML, XSD, WSDL, Schema Validations, XSLT, Java and J2EE.

· Knowledge of Spring Framework is an advantage
