Informatica Data Integration Consultant/ Remote/ 1 Year+

Title: Data Integration Consultant

Location: Remote Work

Length: 1 Year+

 

 

Need is immediate and it can be upwards of a year in duration or longer; focus is on Informatica Application Integration and ideally some .Net Web Services experience, they are doing real time integration with Informatica application integration product and .Net Web Services, have legacy application on their AS400 and shifting to Salesforce gradually, need someone who has worked with Informatica Application Integration and is able to move data from their AS400 to Salesforce and then back to the AS400.  So far a slow process that needs to be streamlined.  Work can be done remotely.

Daily Responsibilities:

o          Unlock hidden value by connecting new and existing data assets and by creating new analytics products in close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams

o          Propose analytics strategies and solutions that challenge and expand the thinking of key internal business partners

o          Communicating with technical and business audiences, demonstrating the ability to cover complex topics in simple terms, adapting communication technical depth to the audience

o          Frame business problems into actionable data science projects, which will, in turn, create business values for guests, customers, owners and colleagues

o          Work collaboratively, as well as handling workflows in accordance with project timelines is required

o          Develop and deploy high-performance AI/ML models as a leader of the core design and development, leveraging supervised, semi-supervised, unsupervised, and/or reinforcement learning

o          Provide guidance and mentoring to the team, comprised of data engineering and data analysts

o          MSc or PhD degree in machine learning, or computer science/statistics/physics with strong machine learning component

o          Strong experience in predictive analytics, machine learning, and optimization

o          Expertise in machine learning: framing business problems as machine learning problems, building datasets, selecting and engineering features, building and optimizing algorithms

o          Experience with cloud computing solutions, Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS

o          Experience working together with data engineers to deploy data products to production environments

o          Knowledge and experience in SQL, NoSQL databases, Python, Flask, R, Java, C++/C#

o          Experience using a variety of scientific computing, modeling and toolkits, such as GCP AutoML, Open Source R, Knime, Stata, Spark ML, Python's data science stack, and deep learning

o          Experience working in a fast paced commercial environment and excellent organizational skills - this is a fast-moving operation in a high-growth phase, so it's critical to be able to keep multiple balls in the air

o          Experience in customer segmentation, discerning buying habits of new prospects and existing customer/members

o          Strong business/commercial sense to combine with analytics to help drive recommendations; ability to demonstrate an understanding of the commercial impact of their activities

o          Working knowledge of statistics: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals and A/B tests.

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) requires the assistance of a contract resource to serve as a Curam Business Analyst for the North Carolina NCFAST Program to support the development and implementation of North Carolina Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST).

 

This position will be responsible for managing IBM Cúram business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution. Tasks include identifying and documenting business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities; identifying approaches to satisfy business requirements by conducting detailed analysis and technical design of one or more program areas, in support of implementation of a comprehensive case management solution utilizing the Cúram Business Application Suite; and utilizing knowledge of the Cúram software product to: conduct and document gap analysis, identify evidence needed to support requirements, develop business and functional requirements specifications, assist with designing the business solution, and assist with user acceptance testing.

 

Work also involves interpreting technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users and summarize and convey technical issues and problems identified, as well as conducting industry, competitive and State analyses (strategic, financial, operational), and business case development. This individual must support required system go-live activities, including conversion, support desk, site support, training delivery, logistics management, etc., perform PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, status reporting, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks .
