3) Connecters

• Manage Identity synchronizations across Identity platforms.

• Provisioning users to Identity repositories and in-scope applications.

• Troubleshooting issues related to end user provisioning, Self Service Requests, Workflows and Approvals.

• Remediation of erroneous events within IIQ platform • Account onboarding (bulk and manual account uploads).

• Troubleshoot existing connectors and configure OOTB connectors.

• Identify changes in processes required for improvement purposes.

• Identify events / alerts which can be tuned and finetune these as part of continuous improvement.

• Identify intelligent automation and analytics to implement predictive, proactive, preventive and prescriptive capabilities.

• Maintain IIQ runbooks / Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• SailPoint IIQ CMS Analytics and reporting leveraging clients reporting platform (Out of the Box and Custom).

• Overall operational management managing IAM tickets leveraging clients ITSM platform (Cherwell Service Management).

• Provide weekly project status reports.

• Attend project status meetings.

• Focus on ongoing and continuous service and process improvement in close collaboration with client.
