Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Federated Identity Management solutions.
• Federated identity and Web Services security concepts such as SAML, Shibboleth, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation and WS-Security.
• Knowledge of SOA-based security is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in WS standards including WS-Security.
• Experience implementing messages (XML, XSD, XSL, and XSLT) and Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, and UDDI).
• Study client's existing CA SiteMinder and CA Federation Security Services Infrastructure
• Experience in SiteMinder R12 Web Agents and R12 Policy servers
• Experience in SiteMinder Domains, Realms, Rules, Responses and Policies
• Experience in Single Sign On concepts using SiteMinder
• Good implementation knowledge of federation SSO using SAML 1.x and SAML 2.0
• Good knowledge on installation, configuration & administration of Web Agents and Policy servers
• Good knowledge on upgrading SiteMinder infrastructure to latest versions
• Troubleshoot issues with SiteMinder
• Experience in Wily monitoring tool
• On-call support

Location: ARIZONA

Skills & Job Requirements:

 

·         Candidate must have 6-8 years or more of experience in Access Management implementation with at least 3+ years of experience in CA Siteminder implementation

·         Hands On experience on more than one of the AM (Access Management) product suites like CA Siteminder, SUN Access Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Novell, IBM, etc

·         Implemented Authentication, Authorization and Single Sign-On across multiple target applications. Connectivity with front-ending web servers including IIS and others

·         Experience on implementing Federated SSO using SAML, WS-Fed, etc.

·         Development of custom authentication and authorization schemes within Access Manager

·         Implementation & support experience in Web Service authentication and service oriented architecture (SOA)

·         Hands on experience in Installation and configuration of different web agents/web gates and j2ee agents/application server agents

·         Configuration of policy domains or policy rules for different protected applications, configuration of header attributes within the policy rules

·         Implementation of session failover within two Access Manager instances. Also failover at other levels like policy agent failover, Directory Failover, etc.

·         Modification to end-user/administrative web interface

·         Knowledge on directory replication, directory partitions, schema modification and performance tuning

·         Performance tuning (LDAP indexes, cache parameters, threshold limits, etc.)

·         Problem Management, Incident handling and liaison with product vendor; escalation to product vendor (CA, Oracle, Microsoft, Ping Support) and coordination as needed

·         System and Integration testing for code/configuration changes

·         Configuration and release management of bug fixes and enhancements

·         At least 3-4 years of experience in implementation & support of CA Siteminder and Federation
