Job Description –  

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Identifies and defines business requirements by quickly understanding business and technical requirements based on the input and opinions from a diverse group of users
  • Works on process flows and screen designs and provides storyboarding to support system design. Review and interpret ongoing business requirements.
  • Documents business requirements in a suitable format that communicates the specific functionality that will be developed for the product and obtains appropriate approvals.
  • Articulate, Communicate, and Coordinate with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, Testing, and other and subject matter experts on design & development.
  • Works closely with the applications manager to create and maintain product roadmaps, epics, user stories, use cases, and other product documentation.
  • Write test cases based on wireframes, comps, and functional requirements
  • Conduct functional testing and cross-browser and mobile device testing
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end testing of complete, interactive web and mobile applications
  • Monitor and identify problems with content, layout, usability, accessibility, functionality, guidelines, and more across multiple browsers and devices
  • Review product specifications and develop effective testing strategies, plans, and tools to ensure project goals are met
  • Thoroughly test solutions to ensure functionality and integrity
  • Ability to write queries using SQL and compile data and reports as needed.
  • Manage and maintain all requirements materials and traceability matrices
  • Help Desk support as needed to support production applications

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst.
  • Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.
  • Ability to work well with business unit SMEs, Business Analysts, vendors, and end users in cross-functional teams.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, structured, analytical, and logical, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations, personal performance expectations, and achieving project goals.

Job Description –  

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including its infrastructure, services, and best practices, as well as expertise in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Active Directory solutions within AWS environments. The role involves managing cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems, and troubleshooting complex environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish configuration, compliance, and audit program to effectively manage AWS accounts and resources Review cloud resources and cost drivers, compute, storage, network, managed services, database and service licenses, marketplace, and accounts.
  • Implement and manage Active Directory (AD) services, including AD Domain Services, AD Federation Services, and AD Certificate Services in AWS environments.
  • Integrate AWS Managed Microsoft AD with on-premises ADinfrastructure or other cloud environments.
  • Set up and manage Active Directory Federation Services(ADFS) in the cloud, ensuring secure access and identity management.
  • Automate the provisioning and management of Active Directory resources within AWS.
  • As part of our Managed Services offering for clients; monitor rightsizing, elasticity, storage optimization, and identify unused resources.
  • Maintain cloud-based servers patching vulnerabilities, backup/restore operations, provision new servers, configure firewalls, configure monitoring systems.
  • Manage account containerization and tagging for internal cost centers and end client billing feeds. Monitor cost allocations, security compliance, budgets and set alerts across accounts, workloads, and users.
  • Use AWS Config to monitor and track resource configuration. Set standards for resource configurations, evaluate configuration compliance, and risk, and remediate configuration drift.
  • Use AWS CloudTrail for compliance audits by recording and storing event logs for actions made within AWS accounts.
  • Set controls to monitor to assure compliance. Experience with monitoring tools, middleware software and ITSM tools a plus. Qualifications bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university. Eight (12) years of Cloud Administration Experience.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, including switches, routers, server operating systems and hardware, storage arrays, and security applications.
  • Strong system administration experience in Windows and Linux environments. Experience with automation using an established framework (SaltStack, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc.).
  • Strong technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards. Able to read and understand technical manuals and procedural documentation.
  • Experience in public cloud environments, including AWS and/or Azure. Experience working in an ITIL-driven environment and working knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
