Hi,

My Client is looking for a Business Systems Application Analyst - New York, NY. This is a 6 Months contract and the hourly rate is DOE.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

 

(Note: Candidates Who Do Not Meet Mandatory Requirements Will Not Be Considered For Further Evaluation)

 

-           4 years experience in IT Asset Management Life Cycle (from asset procurement to retirement/expiration/salvage/renewal, including software contracts and licenses)

-           4 years experience with IT Asset Management systems including actual working knowledge of Oracle, Maximo, Remedy, and others

-           2-4 years experience with integrating IT Asset Management systems with procurement, financial, and/or other support systems

-           2-4 years experience in process analysis of sourcing, procurement, tracking and renewal of professional services, IT hardware, software, infrastructure and telecom assets

-           2-4 years experience in documenting, developing and implementation of Asset Management solutions

-           2-4 years experience in developing IT Asset Management controls, measurements, standards, policies, and auditing compliance metrics

 

Desirable Experience:

 

(Listed in order of importance):

-           Experience as a Senior Analyst for an IT Asset Management functional area/dept

-           Experience in the reengineering/integration of several IT Asset Management applications

-           Working knowledge of the following Asset Management applications: Maximo,  Remedy, Oracle Procurement/Order Management/Purchasing, Primavera, and Clarity

-           Experience in IT Asset Portfolio budgeting and cost controls

-           Experience in the development and implementation of an IT Asset Portfolio Management system

-           Knowledge of IT Governance, Budgeting and Procurement in a government agency environment 

-           Six Sigma and/or other related certification.
