• We want someone who has done more than just implementation work – someone that has experience as Level 2 support or has good problem solving skills with live SAP systems
• We want someone with broad 'manufacturing' experience that can troubleshoot in various areas (as many of these areas as possible):  procurement, inventory management, manufacturing execution, MRP, warehouse management, quality management (PP-PI, MM, WM, QM,..)
• Communication skills are critical as we need someone to be our first point of contact for the users. 
• Also with respect to quality management aspect - we have a need for someone to gather requirements from users and create a functional spec to have our Certificate of Analysis updated.
