Title: IDAM Role Engineering Consultant
Duration: 6-9+ Months
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Requirement Details:
==================================
• Experience in implementing or managing Privileged Access or IDAM
solutions in large enterprise server environments
• Ability to analyze existing role-based entitlements in existing
roles repository
• Ability to discuss with Application and System Owners to determine
business roles (Finance, Sales, etc) within the organization and the
entitlements to information resources necessary to perform their job
functions
• Ability to establish role owners
• Ability to certify the role definitions with role owners and
business managers using a top down or bottom up roles engineering
process
• Ability to ensure roles are input and managed effectively in a roles
repository to ensure effective roles lifecycle management
• Experience in Oracle OIA/OIM or CA Roles & Compliance Manager an
added plus
• Working knowledge and ability to collaborate with Access Management
team to ensure process integration of new roles definitions with
Active Directory repository (e.g., ensure roles assigned to AD groups
and systems with the appropriate privileges as approved by the role
owner)
• Ability to develop and deliver process for new roles to be handed
off to Access Management team to deploy role-based policies to
endpoint server systems
