Job Description:-

The Candidate will be working on a project team creating JAVA
applications.
The candidate will be expected to have working knowledge of relational
databases, good analysis skills, and a very good understanding of
Software Development lifecycle processes.

Short Description:-
Ideal Candidate will have experience in developing software
applications using JAVA and XML.
Design pattern experience required.
Candidate should have a least Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or
related field.

Behavior Characteristics:-
Must be able to work independently and have good communication
skills.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Required / Desired Skills:-
"3 Years experience in JAVA
"3 Years experience in Eclipse
"3 Years experience in XML
"3 Years experience in SQL skills
"3 Years experience in Design Patterns

Highly Desired skills:-
"3 Years experience in HTML is Highly desired
"2 years experience in PERL is Highly desired
"3 Years experience in requirements gathering skills is Highly
desired
"3 Years experience in Data Modeling is Highly desired
