Need: SAP CRM ABAP

 

CRM-ABAP Developer (SAP CRM)

 

MINIMUM Need is for a contractor SAP CRM-ABAP configurator - *4+ years US Experience*  

 

Phase I:

 

The initial conversion will be the following areas:

1.      Contact Center with FAQ

2.      Email

3.      Redirection

4.      Customer Contact

5.      Info and Ticketing

 

Phase II:

 

Once Phase I is up and running (estimated 6 months) the client will evaluate the Marketing piece.

A consultant having CRM-ABAP AND Marketing experience will be extended another 12+ months (ongoing)

 

MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

**Communication skills ARE KEY!!  MUST HAVE EXCELLENT VERBAL SKILLS!!!

*4+ years US Experience*  with SAP ABAP config

1+ year with CRM (preferably CRM 7) experience is a MUST

·         Contact Center with FAQ

·         Email

·         Redirection

·         Customer Contact

·         Info and Ticketing

ABAP programming experience enhancing BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, etc.

Practical experience with CRM Middleware basic functions such as BDoc Modeling, RFC queues, and replication filtering.

 

DESIRED SKILLS

 

CRM/Marketing module experience

Any knowledge/experience with SAP AFS

 

Location is St. Louis MOè Preference will be given to candidates who are in/near the St. Louis area
