SAP HR Test Lead

Location: Bothell, WA

Duration: 3 months

 

Skills:

• It is preferred that candidates have a broad knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including hands-on SAP configuration for an HCM module. Experience must include requirements gathering, Configuration, functional testing, and documentation.

• Experience leading a group, team or project, or willingness to lead projects etc.. is required. Ability to perform detailed analysis of user requests, identified problems

• Candidate must have the ability to effectively work in a collaborative team environment along with the commitment to the overall success of a group.

• Focus on meeting and/or exceeding end users expectations for delivering IT customer service.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks or assignments including the ability to organize, plan and lead projects to a successful completion are required.

SAP HR Functionality; Core testing

 

Responsibilities:

• Applicants must have the ability to act as a direct liaison with the HR business, SAP teams and the IT organization to ensure system requirements, deadlines and priorities are clearly defined and achieved.

• Individual will be more focused on functional and End to End Testing of the new applications. This individual will work with the functional side more often as well as end-users. ie with interfaces, reports, forms, etc.

• Must have hands on experience in testing 'FRICE'.

• Must have Interface knowledge (As the estimates are underway for rebuilding the Interfaces).

• Knowledge of new Benefit policies is a plus.

• Experience in Creating Test Plans, Test scripts, Test data and Test Exit reports following the Compliance.

• Hands on experience in Quality center 10.0

• Experience in QTP in order to Automate the test cases.
