Job Classification:  Apps Systems Engineer

Position Description:  Experience Level: 4 year degree and 10+ years experience  

 

The candidate MUST be comfortable working in a flexible development process. Agile Scrum development will be used but not necessarily a requirment on the resume since Scrum is relatively easily to pick up provided the candidate is not "tied to" a strict waterfall method. We recommend asking questions to find out if the candidate has an attachment to waterfall and/or a heavyweight development process.
