Job Description:
...I need a SUPER strong Project Manager with experience leading E-commerce projects that is familiar with Agile methodology.
I need candidates badly...but they MUST have ecommerce experience.
PREFERENCE IS FOR A PM WITH ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with Program Manager or Project Sponsor in developing project plans to meet project objectives
As the Project Manager, lead LTS or business-led projects for the purpose of meeting project objective.
Apply Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to
Project activities to meet Project requirements through the utilization of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing processes.
Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality; and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations to satisfactory outcomes
Participate in the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of project processes and techniques
Assure Project Quality Management through periodic project progress, process, and / or product reviews against established standards
Track and report project progress (performance), risk and issues to project stakeholders
Provide training and mentoring for projects
Manage deliverables and activities to accomplish project objectives.
Assess and evaluate progress on Projects and report to project team, Program Manager, and / or Project Sponsor.
Train / orient project team members to project management processes and standards.
Matrix-manage project team members
QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years of Project leadership or application management in various life-cycle phases (e.g. requirements analyst lead, development lead or test lead)
Experience in implementing projects in an e-commerce business which focuses on the checkout funnel, customer self service on the web and mobile commerce.
Formal training with multiple lifecycle methodologies specifically in the Agile methodology as well as formal training in project management is required.
Through understanding of software development lifecycle
Analytical and written/oral communication skill, ability to facilitate discussion with project team and or stakeholders.
4 year degree in Information Systems or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience
Understanding of specialty retail concepts and processes preferred but not required
Ability to influence without authority
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets
Strong facilitation skills as well as the development and delivery of presentations
Strong ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with key collaborators and internal customers/clients to meet customer expectations
Executive level verbal & written communication skills
