Business Systems Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 9 months

Rate: DOE

 

Required Skills

·         Minimum of five (5)years of requirement development and documentation

·         Working knowledge of application development life cycle

·         Planning and management skills – Including: scope, estimating budgeting and resource allocation procedures

·         Strong analytical and conceptual skills

·         Positive interpersonal skills

·         Strong written and Verbal communication skills

·         Working knowledge of RFP process and industry best practices

·         Demonstrated experience RFP proposal evaluation

·         Microsoft Suite experience (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·         Excellent organizational and presentation skills

 

Preferred:

·         Proven experience managing RFP process for large programs (>$5M)

·         Proven experience analyzing programs requirements made up of multiple project

·         Proven experience evaluating 3rd party vendor proposals
