Title SAP OM/PA Consultant  Job Description Relevant Experience (Yrs): 5 yrs as SAP HCM consultant with hands-on Config experience in HCM essentials and OM/PA Necessary Skills: Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Should have HCM and OM/PA configuration experience Global template and multi-company configuration experience Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience Desired Skills: Time management, ESS/MSS experience Roles & Responsibilities: Understand business requirements, and configure SAP HCM. Document blueprint and functional specifications. Guide offshore development team and test developments Generic Managerial Skills: Able to plan/track tasks/activities Report progress/challenges to Project Manager Education: Graduate Primary Skills   Location NJ Duration Long Term Rate DOE Interview Type Initial Telephonic  / 2nd round May be a face to face Notes We need only developers with hands on experience, client will request for references and proof of employment in USA.
