Relevant Experience (Yrs): 10+ years SAP Security experience as technical architect and team lead
Necessary Skills:
Management and over site of SAP Security for all functions and modules that are to be implemented.
Working experience of collaboratively with OS and DB administrators to ensure the SAP application is secured as per organizational IS security policies and procedures.
Define and Set security standards for the SAP project.
Developing, maintaining and enforcing security policies and procedures
Design and document the security approach and strategy for the ECC, BI and Portal implementation
Defining and documenting the system security controls matrix.
Design, configured, and deployed SAP security for the project (HR, FI, SRM, BI and Portal).
Design, document and deploy HR (PA, OM, Time Management, Benefits, Compensation, Training & Events and e Recruiting) Security with Structural and Context Based authorizations.
Worked with Process Controls and functional teams in establishing the security controls in order to follow SoD principles.
Design, configuration and deployment of SAP GRC tools to monitor continuous compliance.
To conduct several workshops to the PMO and Steering Committee regard to Controls, SoD, and Security.
Educate and train the project team on Security policies and Controls.
Involved in the assessment of products for data security and privacy
Experience in SoX Audits and compliances, usage of tools such as Virsa.
Desired Skills: SAP Security Certified
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand Security requirements from business and translating them to SoD
Experience in Sap Security Template creation
Guide offshore team for Role creation and support testing
Review of Security related documentation
Generic Managerial Skills:
Able to plan/track tasks/activities
Report progress/challenges to Project Manager and Project Board
Education: Graduate

Should have HCM and OM/PA configuration experience
Global template and multi-company configuration experience
Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience
Desired Skills: Time management, ESS/MSS experience

Document blueprint and functional specifications.
Guide offshore development team and test developments
