> Create and manage QA process
> o Acquire or build test harness tools
> o Responsible for test case creation and validation
> o Oversee execution of test runs - load, regression and shake-down tests
> o Ensure result documentation and reporting
> Ensure repeatable, reproducible testing results
> Manage off shore QA team of 2-4 people
> Code-level understanding of the tested systems is a must
> Participate in release process
> Development/Computing Environment: Disciplined and focused professional
> 8+ years experience testing enterprise systems
> Must have all aspects of testing - Load Testing, Data Integrity Testing, Regression testing.
> Experiences with working in globally distributed environments
> Experience leading 2-4 member team
> Math major a plus
> Toolset (fluency/hands-on)
> o jMeter - expert
> o Excel - expert
> o Java - ability to read
> o Multithreading
> o Unix shell scripting - expert
> Must understand software development cycles
> Understanding and development experience with J2EE stack - JMS, JDBC, XML
> Skills Required for the position:QA, SHELL SCRIPTING, UNIX, MULTITHREADING, EXCEL, JDBC, XML, JMS, J2EE, JAVA;
