Interview: In-person required

Rate: $60/Hr on C2C (MAX)

 

Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding and testing of Enterprise Java applications. Programmers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement & development work. The purpose of this request is to augment the technical staff of the Information Technology Office (ITO). This senior JAVA/J2EE developer must have excellent technical and communication skills. This contractor will assist us with our projects involving J2EE, RSA, JSF, DB2, EJB, Web Services etc. Candidate must be able to do research on upcoming technologies and provide direction to the client. The candidate should be comfortable doing Proof of Concepts and Proof of Technology where required and be able to present it to peers and management. An in-depth knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies is a must.  Debugging and problem solving skills are required.

 

Skill Required:

·         Coding, testing, and debugging in JAVA, J2EE, Servlet, JSP etc Required 5 Years

·         Classical n-Tier architecture Required 5 Years

·         SOA ( Service Oriented Architecture) Required 5 Years

·         Object Oriented Design using UML Required 5 Years

·         Building and consuming web services Required 5 Years

·         Effective web page design and coding Required 5 Years

·         Understanding user controls Required 5 Years

·         XML, RUP Required 5 Years

·         Normalization, keys, and indexes, and basic tuning Required 3 Years

·         Websphere / RSA Highly desired 5 Years

·         Write Use views, stored procedures, and functions Highly desired 5 Years

·         JSF Highly desired 5 Years

·         HTML, CSS and Javascript Required 5 Years

·         AJAX Desired 5 Years

·         Spring Framewwork Highly desired 5 Years
