Job Description:

 

·         Expertise in Order Management, Oracle Apps Suite and Supply Chain Management Modules

·         Good Communication Skills

·         Experience managing a team of 5-6 people

·         Experience working in a team having onsite-offshore model.

·         Able to communicate/interact with Onsite folks and Customer directly.

·         Ability to work closely with customers on business process

·         Adherence to SOW commitments in terms of schedule and quality

·         Adherence to project execution processes

·         Ability to identify, track and report risks and issues

·         Strong Team management capabilities

·         Effectively handles escalations and complaints
