•  At least 5 years of experience in projects in Financial services (retirement administration business domain a plus

•  Involved in systems in record keeping and administration of retirement plans.

•  Understands the business processes in retirement)

•  Ability to work with business clients, understand their issues and create business specifications /

•  High level technical requirements based on the business needs that can be used by the technology team to build appropriate software solutions.

•  Ability to interact with technology professionals to explain requirements.

•  Experience in web based retirement systems important.

•  Can work independently with business and IT clients.

•  Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams desirable.

•  Good Communication Skills
