We have a requirement with our direct client for a Senior Project Manager.

Position: Senior Project Manager

Duration: 9 months

Location: St Paul, Minnesota

 

Responsibilities:

We have a requirement with our direct client for a Senior Project Manager. Duties/Responsibilities include:  Process definition, workflow design & improvement project experience Ability to define and decide new system versus new design or process change Experience collaborating with, negotiating around and navigating multi-department projects. Driving decisions and reaching consensus across these departments. Multi-project / program leading experience Strong ability to phrase and frame issues and decision points for senior executive decision and drive group to a decision point Work with PMO to make sure all Project Management standards and practices are followed. Utilize PMO standard documentation and all PMO tools. Provide reports to management/PMO/Program Manager and resolve project problems with the goal of achieving project success in the areas of project schedule, cost and scope. Keep Program Manager abreast of status, changes, issues and risks. 
 

 

Required Skills:

 

·        Minimum of 3 years MS Project experience

·        Minimum of 5 years experience with conflict and issue resolution

·        2 years experience HR Systems/processes/improvements

·        IT Tracking and skill evaluation
