Job Title: Business Analyst with Healthcare Experience

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Job Description:

Preferred:

Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions including Joint

Application Design (JAD) sessions

Experience working with health care information systems and/or

knowledge of business processes in the medical field and/or county health departments

Experience working with billing software including Medicaid, 3^rd party insurance applications.

Experience training and mentoring staff

Experience providing end user support

Demonstrated experience with the testing of web-based applications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience

Contractors will be required to complete this work on site

5+ years of experience performing business process analysis

5+ years of experience gathering and documenting user requirements

Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Demonstrated ability to perform the translation of business process requirements into technical requirements

Demonstrated ability to produce business and/or technical

documentation related to the requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, design, process and data flow diagrams, data migration, testing, and training

Ability to validate user requirements, provide written test plans,

verify product functionality and coordinate testing activities
